DirtMarket has managed the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline clean fill project site for the East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) since 2015. This project is a closed landfill site (former Davis Street Landfill) and an active park. Our services include;

Import clean soil to increase landfill cap depth in over 90 acres of park, including a Disc Golf Course, Off-Leash Dog Area, Bike Skills Area, an Events Area, and various roads, service trails, and parking lots.

Install and maintain SWPPP BMPs, conduct inspections and stormwater sampling, and maintain access to landfill wells systems for year around maintenance.

Provide complete soil documentation in the form of a third-party reviewed, clean-soil submittal package.

Provide front gate security and documents every load entering the site with our trucking software. All incoming soil is rough graded and compacted on delivery per project specifications.

Along with our consultants, we have recently submitted an updated set of soil screening criteria for Oyster Bay to more accurately reflect future use requirements and the latest SF Bay RWQCB environmental data.
