As part of a campus-wide modernization effort, the new Westmoor High School Performing Arts Center brings enhanced educational and cultural opportunities to Daly City. This 400+ seat venue was developed alongside a new tech lab and woodshop building to support a growing and dynamic student body.

Preston Pipelines was contracted to perform key underground utility work for the center. Our scope included the installation of storm drain, sewer, gas, and fire service infrastructure. Completed in collaboration with Swinerton and the Jefferson Union School District, the project supports long-term campus improvements and community engagement.
