Watson Ranch is a 309-acre master-planned community in American Canyon, California, designed to bring new housing, schools, parks, trails, retail, hospitality, and community gathering spaces to the region. Planned amenities include residential neighborhoods, a new elementary school, extensive open space, and a mixed-use town center that will serve both residents and visitors.

Preston Pipelines played a key role in the early infrastructure phases of the development, installing backbone and subdivision utility systems necessary to support future growth. The scope of work included storm drain, sanitary sewer, and domestic water infrastructure serving multiple phases of the community.

Working in coordination with project stakeholders, Preston successfully delivered the underground utility systems that established the foundation for one of the region’s largest planned residential and mixed-use developments. These improvements provide the critical infrastructure needed to support the community’s long-term growth and development.
