Preston Pipelines partnered with Rudolph and Sletten to deliver critical utility infrastructure improvements for the UC Davis Health Central Utility Plant Expansion in Sacramento. The project supports the new California Tower Hospital by upgrading and refeeding existing utilities while installing new systems to accommodate future campus growth.

Scope of work included hydronic piping, electrical substructure, and utility installations for sewer, storm drain, domestic water, fire water, telecommunications, and fuel oil systems. New yard piping and extensive offsite infrastructure improvements were also completed to integrate the expansion with the existing hospital campus.

Working within an active healthcare environment, Preston Pipelines coordinated closely with project stakeholders to maintain ongoing operations while delivering the utility backbone required to support UC Davis Health’s continued expansion.
