This project is a ground up construction of new student housing units for the UC Davis campus. The housing unit’s ultimate capacity is for 4,400 students, which is currently the largest student housing complex under construction in the Western United States. PrestonPipelines completed all sewer, storm drainage, bioswale, and both fire and domestic water for the site. PrestonPipelines and PrestonElectric will also be installing all site dry utility work including power distribution, communication and photovalic (check word, fiberoptic?) services. The project has a tight schedule, for its size, with many milestones, all of which are currently being met.
