Synthego cGMP Manufacturing Plant is an 18,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Redwood City, California, developed to expand Synthego’s capabilities as a leader in genome engineering and CRISPR-enabled therapeutics. Designed to support IND-, NDA-, and BLA-enabling clinical studies, the state-of-the-art facility strengthens Synthego’s ability to deliver high-quality gene editing solutions for the life sciences industry.

Preston Companies provided comprehensive site infrastructure services to support development of the facility. Preston Pipelines installed new wet utilities, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, fire service, and domestic water systems. Preston Electric completed the PG&E substructure infrastructure, while DirtMarket performed bioswale excavation and supported site concrete operations.
