Santana Row is an iconic shopping center in San Jose, California. PrestonPipelines and PrestonElectric have worked on various projects to complete both wet and dry utility work. PrestonPipelines installed multiple underground utility systems for the new retail shops, parking structures, and parking lots, including the storm drain, fire and domestic water, and sanitary sewer systems and a PG&E gas install. PrestonElectric’s work on the project includes a PG&E and public communications joint trench overhead to underground conversion as well as City of San Jose traffic signal and street lighting. To eliminate waste, DirtMarket used excess soil from the project and recycled it for use on a nearby project.
