The Interdisciplinary Science Building (ISB) at San José State University is a cutting-edge, 164,000-square-foot facility designed to support the future of scientific teaching and research. Spanning seven floors, the ISB brings together classrooms, laboratories, and research spaces to serve the College of Science in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preston Pipelines played a key role in utility infrastructure for the project, providing installation of new underground wet and dry utilities. Our scope included storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, recycled water, and PG&E gas systems, laying the groundwork for one of SJSU’s most advanced academic buildings.
