Located in Silicon Valley, the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel is set on a 16-acre site in the hills of Menlo Park near Highway 280. PrestonPipelines was responsible for installing a top-notch utility system for the hotel. Since the hotel is set on the hills, there were unique challenges with levels and retaining walls. Typical of hotel sites, grease interceptors, swimming pool drainage, and fountain services and drainage were installed.
