The Red Hawk Resort and Casino expansion added a new 135,000-square-foot, five-story hotel featuring 156 guest rooms ranging from 440 to 900 square feet. Designed to enhance the resort experience, the expansion includes premium guest amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor pool terrace overlooking the Sierra foothills.

Preston Pipelines provided the critical underground infrastructure required to support the expansion, including a raw water force main and pump station equipped with vertical turbine pumps serving both raw water and sewer systems. The scope also included domestic water, fire water, storm drain, and PG&E primary and secondary power conduit installations. Through this comprehensive utility package, Preston helped deliver the infrastructure backbone necessary for the successful growth of one of Northern California’s premier destination resorts.
