The Peninsula Innovation Point project in Burlingame, California, is a high-profile office and parking development featuring a new 241,679-square-foot, eight-story office building and a 317,042-square-foot, 5½-level parking structure. Developed by Lane Partners and Barings, the project also includes extensive site improvements, landscaping, outdoor amenities, reconfigured parking areas, and a relocated fire pump facility with an underground water storage tank.

Preston Pipelines and Preston Electric provided comprehensive wet and dry utility infrastructure to support the development. Preston Pipelines installed storm drain, sanitary sewer, fire water, domestic water, and gas systems, while Preston Electric delivered electrical infrastructure necessary to serve the new buildings and site improvements.

Working in coordination with Devcon Construction and project stakeholders, Preston successfully delivered the underground utility systems supporting this prominent commercial development and its long-term operational needs.
