The Nvidia campus expansion project in Santa Clara, California, supported development of an approximately 12-acre commercial office site consisting of five two-story office buildings, landscaped areas, and associated parking infrastructure. The project required extensive site development and underground utility improvements to support the growing campus.

DirtMarket managed the export of approximately 56,000 cubic yards of clean soil generated during construction. The team identified, tested, and secured approval for reuse of the excavated material from depths ranging between 9 and 15 feet below finished grade, helping provide a compliant and efficient soil management solution for the project.

Preston Pipelines performed installation of the site’s underground utility infrastructure, including sanitary sewer, storm drain, fire water, domestic water, reclaimed water, and gas systems. Through coordinated field operations and efficient project execution, Preston Pipelines and DirtMarket successfully supported the development of the new office campus and associated site improvements.
