The NEI Pump Station project was completed for Prologis to expand stormwater infrastructure serving a major logistics and industrial development in Tracy, California. Preston Pipelines served as both general contractor and utility installer, providing turnkey delivery of critical stormwater improvements to support long-term site development.

The scope of work included installation of a new storm drain force main, construction of a storm drain pump station, and upgrades to an existing detention basin. These improvements increased the site’s stormwater management capacity, improved system reliability, and supported continued industrial growth within the development.
