Moffett Towers II is a 47.4-acre office campus in Sunnyvale, California, featuring 1.8 million square feet of LEED Platinum-certified office space across five eight-story towers. Developed by Jay Paul Company, the campus also includes a 52,500-square-foot fitness center, upscale amenities, and extensive outdoor gathering spaces designed to support employee wellness, collaboration, and productivity.

Preston Pipelines performed installation of both on-site and off-site wet utility infrastructure for the development, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, fire service, and domestic water systems. The work supported the campus-wide infrastructure necessary to serve one of Silicon Valley’s largest commercial office developments.

Delivered in partnership with Level 10 Construction, the project required coordination across multiple phases and disciplines to support the scale and complexity of the development. Today, Moffett Towers II serves leading technology companies and stands as a prominent example of sustainable commercial development in the Bay Area.
