The Spieker Center at Menlo School is a state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot performing arts facility featuring a 380-seat auditorium. Designed to support a wide range of campus and community events, including drama, dance, music, lectures, and film festivals, it serves as a cultural cornerstone for the school.

Preston Pipelines contributed critical underground utility infrastructure to the project, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, fire water, and a pump station. Completed in partnership with Devcon Construction, the project reflects Menlo School’s continued investment in high-quality arts education and student experience.
