The LinkedIn Middlefield Campus project transformed a major site in Mountain View, California, through demolition of two existing structures and construction of three new six-story office buildings totaling more than 763,000 square feet. Developed to support LinkedIn’s continued growth, the campus includes executive business centers, retail and dining spaces, fitness amenities, extensive outdoor gathering areas, and two parking structures providing nearly 3,000 parking stalls, including electric vehicle charging and ADA-accessible spaces.

Preston Companies provided comprehensive site infrastructure services to support the development. Preston Pipelines installed the site’s underground utility systems, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, gas, and communications infrastructure. Preston Electric supported the project’s electrical infrastructure needs, while DirtMarket provided soil management services to help maintain production and support the construction schedule.

The project also included enhanced landscaping, pedestrian walkways, and dedicated bicycle paths designed to promote connectivity and sustainable transportation. Through close coordination with Devcon Construction and project stakeholders, Preston successfully delivered the critical infrastructure supporting this landmark corporate campus development.
