To support the expansion of Kaiser Permanente’s regional medical center in South Sacramento, Preston Pipelines provided comprehensive underground utility installation, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and fire water systems. The 52,800-square-foot project introduced a new, state-of-the-art emergency room and radiology facility, while also upgrading existing spaces to enhance patient care.
Phased construction was carefully coordinated to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations throughout the project. Once complete, the expanded facility will deliver modern, high-efficiency emergency and trauma care for the growing Sacramento region.
