Kaiser Permanente is expanding its healthcare services in the Central Valley with the development of a new four-story medical office building in Fresno. The facility will offer a wide range of services, from primary care and family medicine to radiology and oncology, across a seven-acre site. The project includes over 500 parking spaces, with 27 electric vehicle charging stations, and is targeting LEED certification through sustainable features such as solar panels and low-emitting building materials.

Preston Pipelines supported the project by installing critical underground utility infrastructure, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and a pump station, helping lay the foundation for this forward-thinking, patient-centered facility.
