The project featured the removal of five existing buildings with the replacement of a new 40,000 SF, 2-story academic building; the project also included a remodel of the existing 9,000 SF gymnasium. The scope of work consisted of a new football field with landscaping and a new signalized intersection. In addition, two existing buildings were remodeled with an activity area, dance room, and art and music studios, while the newly remodeled gym features locker rooms.

Preston Pipelines installed new underground wet utilities to service the new academic buildings on campus.
