Gateway of Pacific is a premier laboratory and office space at the front door to South San Francisco’s flourishing biotechnology community. PrestonPipelines and DirtMarket partnered to export clean soil of approximately 143,000 cubic yards generated from the construction of two new structures, a two-level below-grade parking garage beneath the plaza area between the two structures, surface parking, and associated improvements. DirtMarket collected additional sampling and testing to confirm the environmental suitability to reuse the soil at multiple sites optimizing the hauling schedule and providing the cost-effective solution for massive soil export.
