To upgrade the existing middle school, the project consisted of the construction of a new pre-manufactured TK/Kinder 3-classroom wing (8,000 SF), play structure (8,400 SF), outdoor learning area, and a new multi-purpose building (8,000 SF). In addition, the project included the modernization of existing classrooms, an existing multi-purpose building, and administrative/support spaces to reconfigure programs.

Preston Pipelines performed underground utility work to support the growing campus, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and fire water.
