The 500 El Camino Real project in Menlo Park, California, involved large-scale soil export operations supporting construction of a mixed-use development consisting of an office building and three residential structures with below-grade parking garages. The project generated significant excavation quantities due to deep cuts ranging from 12 to 25 feet below grade.

DirtMarket managed the export of approximately 90,000 cubic yards of clean soil generated during site excavation. To support the project’s aggressive schedule and daily production needs, DirtMarket evaluated existing project documentation and coordinated multiple fill site options to develop a cost-effective and flexible hauling plan.
