Earlier this year, Eb was named United Contractors’ Safety Hero of the Year, a well-earned honor that reflects the impact he’s made both in the field and across the company.

Eb’s journey at Preston began just over four years ago, without prior construction experience but with an unmatched drive to learn and grow. Since then, he’s earned his Bachelor’s degree, passed the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) exam, and is now preparing for the Certified Safety Professional (CSP). His progress reflects both his personal commitment and the belief that growth, like safety, happens through consistency, care, and collaboration.
