Preston Companies Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ron Bianchini has been elected to the United Contractors (UCON) Board of Directors as President-Elect beginning in 2022. Bianchini will work with fellow board members to develop and implement policy of the Association, analyze the state of the industry, and initiate projects which help to increase the competitiveness of its members.

Bianchini joined Preston Companies in 2009 as Area Manager and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He has served on the UCON Board of Directors since 2020. In addition to his work with UCON, Bianchini has served on the California Underground Facilities Safe Excavation Board since 2017.
