Preston Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott “JR” Coleman as Director of Legal Project Management. Scott will report to Dan Condon, Construction Manager/Director of Engineering and Survey, and will support the continued development and growth of Preston’s Risk Management team.

As Preston continues to grow, Scott’s addition reflects the company’s commitment to building the next generation of its risk management function, supporting long-term succession planning, and expanding the team’s capacity to meet the evolving needs of the organization. In his role, Scott will work across the Risk Management team and the many disciplines it serves, helping provide comprehensive support and coordination throughout Preston’s operations.

Prior to joining Preston, Scott was the Associate General Counsel at a private investment firm serving operating companies in franchised restaurant operations, ground-up development, and real estate investment. Earlier in his career, he supported operations of an independent upstream oil and natural gas producer. He then obtained his JD from Boston College Law School and would go on to work at national and regional law firms to build out his legal expertise.
