Preston Companies is pleased to announce several leadership promotions that reflect the continued growth of the organization and the strength of its internal team.

Jason Tustin has been promoted to Project Executive, where he will focus on advancing Preston’s Design-Build work and supporting the continued growth of this delivery model across the company’s projects. Jason’s experience, leadership, and technical expertise have made him a trusted partner to both clients and project teams.

Justin Chavez has also been promoted to Project Executive and will take on leadership responsibilities supporting Preston’s Stanford office, helping lead project teams, and continuing Preston’s strong partnership and project delivery in the region.

In addition, Joe Hill will transition to a new role within the company, continuing as Project Executive, where he will focus on pursuing new opportunities and supporting Preston’s continued strategic growth.

These promotions reflect Preston’s commitment to developing leaders from within and positioning the company for long-term success.
