This quarter, we put our hands together for the following Crews of the Month:

January
Jose Padilla and team (Bay Area): Jose and his team’s dedication to maintaining safe work practices earned them praise from General Contractor Clark Construction. They set the standard for safe operations each day, following all stringent fall protection, shoring, flagging, and glove requirements. The professionalism and accountability they bring to every project demonstrates what it means to lead by example.

February
Jose Martinez and team (Bay Area): Jose and his team confidently handle every job site with clear expectations, strong communication, and reliability. They are in constant contact with the Safety Department to ensure all required paperwork is submitted accurately and on time. Their careful adherence to safety has contributed to the successful completion of their most recent project with no recordable incidents.

March
Anthony Padilla and team (Bay Area): Anthony and his crew diligently complied with stringent safety requirements upheld by our partners at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) and Dome Construction. This led them to be incident-free at SLAC. Their commitment to safety sets the bar. Together, they overcame challenges related to fall restraint requirements and ensured multiple spotters were present for equipment and vehicles entering or exiting the street.

April
Jason Reina and team (Bay Area): Jason and his crew’s exemplary adherence to safety measures and professional conduct led them to receiving the “Golden Ticket”, which is a recognition of high safety standards from DPR Construction. They were also given excellent praise from many visitors to the job site. The crew smoothly dealt with contaminated soil (Level C) protection until the results of the soil test came back.
