The Napa Logistics Sewer Pump Station project enhanced wastewater infrastructure to support continued growth within the Napa Logistics Park development in American Canyon. Completed for DWF IV Napa Logistics Holdings, LLC, the project included construction of a new gravity sewer system, a 1.9 MGD duplex sewer lift station with two 85 HP submersible pumps, a 12-foot-diameter by 29-foot-deep precast wet well, and a 10-inch fused HDPE sewer force main.

The project required several complex utility crossings, including bore-and-jack installations beneath a creek and the Union Pacific Railroad, as well as a seismic fault crossing utilizing fused HDPE pipe. Preston Pipelines also improved more than 31,000 square feet of access roads and installed 500 linear feet of PG&E primary electrical duct bank substructure. Delivered in close coordination with local agencies and project stakeholders, the improvements increased wastewater capacity and system reliability for future development within the logistics park.
