The MPK 22 Park project was a major campus expansion in Menlo Park, California, developed to support the continued growth of Meta (formerly Facebook). The multi-phase project included construction of a 457,000-square-foot, four-story office building and a 570,000-square-foot, eight-story parking structure with 1,750 parking stalls. The development also included demolition of five existing buildings, extensive sitework and landscaping, a new public park, and associated off-site improvements.
Preston Pipelines performed critical underground utility installations to support the new campus infrastructure, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and gas systems. The work established the essential utility backbone required to serve the new buildings, parking facilities, and site improvements.
Delivered in partnership with Truebeck Construction, the project required coordination across multiple phases of construction and site redevelopment activities. Through efficient planning and execution, Preston successfully provided the underground infrastructure supporting one of the Bay Area’s most significant corporate campus expansions.
